On July 3, stakeholders from Nevers' ecosystem collaborated to design the business model for the IT equipment refurbishment service of the local association ANAR. This gathering organised by E6 project partners Nièvre Numérique and Nevers Agglomération included local public authorities, businesses, associations, and a school of applied arts and design.

The aim of this collaborative effort was to define the refurbishment service offer, identify the stakeholders involved in the project, and outline their contributions. The director of ANAR kicked off the session with a comprehensive overview of the refurbishment service, detailing its goals, resources, and purpose. Following this, participants were divided into three teams, allowing each stakeholder to specify their interests in the project and the resources they could contribute, such as expertise in communication, design, technical support, and providing used equipment.

The next meeting is scheduled for October, with the objective of tailoring the offer to target customers, particularly local small businesses.
