The programme opens on Day 1 with a keynote speech followed by dedicated sessions to catch up on progress across Work Packages 1, 2 and 3. Partners will also participate in Communities of Practice work sessions and practical workshops on topics such as lobbying and advocacy, business models, certifications, and the common methodology for RRR ecosystems. The day concludes with a networking dinner offered by the host city.
Day 2 turns the spotlight on The Hague’s circular journey. Following a welcome by the city’s alderman and a session on Dutch climate policy, participants will dive into The Hague’s vision and mission for developing a circular ecosystem for electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). The city will present its pilot plan and repair campaign, with feedback provided in a “critical friend review.” In the afternoon, the group will tour the Re-manufacturing Lab and take part in a hands-on EEE disassembly workshop at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, before closing the day with an authentic Dutch dinner.
The final day, Day 3, is dedicated to governance and results. After a Steering Committee meeting and a session on Interreg NWE reporting and communication, the project’s innovations will be showcased. Partners will witness the first demonstration of the E6 Service Hub, alongside presentations on decision support tools and track & trace systems for spare parts. The meeting will conclude with a wrap-up and closing lunch, providing time to reflect on the achievements and prepare for the next steps in scaling E6’s circular ecosystem.
